The Lee’s Summit Symphony, under the direction of Maestro Kirt Mosier, is thrilled to announce its summer concert, Celebrate! America at 250, on June 27, 2026, at 7:00 PM. This spectacular evening will be a patriotic extravaganza honoring America’s 250th birthday.
Join us for an unforgettable evening filled with America’s most beloved patriotic music, including John Philip Sousa’s Stars and Stripes Forever, Morton Gould’s American Salute, God Bless America, and many other cherished classics. The concert will also feature stirring patriotic readings, performances by exceptional soloists, and a special presentation by a color guard representing each branch of the United States military, adding a powerful tribute to our nation’s service members. This is a birthday celebration for the nation that you won’t want to miss!
