About this Event
Cedric’s Basement is a four-piece group bringing jazz-, R&B-, and funk-adjacent vibes to the stage. With bass, guitar, drums, keys, and soulful vocals, they blend ambient grooves with influences like Victoria Monét, Michael Jackson, and Laufey.
The band formed after meeting in university, and they’ve since played venues all around Calgary. With backgrounds in jazz and concert ensembles, they keep things relaxed, engaging, and fun. Expect a mix of original tracks and unique takes on your favourite covers.
