Class Schedule:
- 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Arrival / Breakfast and Coffee

This course, which requires completion of Tackling New Challenges – HOA Update and Agent Best Practices (Course 1) and enrollment in the HOA Sales Expert Membership Program, certifies attendees as HOA Certified Specialists with advanced HOA knowledge, legal insights, and strategies for smooth closings to establish themselves as trusted HOA experts.
