This class is for agents that want to take a deep dive into looking at a contract in detail. The contract may seem simple enough to fill out, but if not done correctly it could land you and your Broker smack in the middle of a lawsuit. Our contracts are promulgated by the Texas Real Estate Commission to protect agents from practicing law, however not filling out the contracts properly can cost you your license and or fines. There will also be an addition of some of the most commonly used addendums.
