This is a SEPARATE Men's and Women's BYO6 tournament. Your team captain will sign up your whole team (teams must include 5 or 6 players, no exceptions). There will be three nets total. One net will be for women and one for men. The third net will be determined based on signups. This is a great opportunity to get in some last minute practice for your national's teams!The tournament will be held at Dunkirk City High School at 75 W 6th St, Dunkirk, NY 14048.

Format will be timed games of 10-12 minutes pending number of teams. The number of teams making playoffs and single/double elimination will be determined day of depending on the number of teams and what time pool play is finished.
Check in is at 8:30 AM with play to begin by 9:00 AM. Pizza is included and will be provided between noon and 1. We expect to conclude play by 5:00 PM.
Absolutely NO alcohol, nicotine products, marijuana products or illegal substances are not acceptable at this location! Additional legal ramifications may occur as this is a school property. Anyone breaking this rule will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. No exceptions!
Kindly, no beginners, for safety purposes. Level of play expected is HIGH-REC and above! The CCVC reserves the right to decline entry to tournaments based on multiple cancellations or skill-level assessments (that are approved by the broader CCVC committee). Winners will receive CCVC t-shirts!
The cost is $30 per player. Please TEXT OR MESSAGE Jenny or Kelsey to sign up. PLEASE NOTE, you are not signed up if you click ‘going’ or ‘interested’ or send a Venmo without reaching out to your hosts. We will require you entire roster at least two weeks prior to the event.
All participants will receive a pre-tournament text the week of the tournament. If you DO NOT receive this, you are NOT signed up.

This will show up as a donation instead of a payment due to our 501(c)3 status. Several people have had issues with Venmo processing lately.
Tech support checked our account noting there were no issues noted on their end and users should do the following to ensure payments go through:
1) Ensure the donor is connected to the internet and has enough storage/memory available on their device.
2) If donor is using VPN, turn it off to see if this resolves the issue.
3) Log out of your Venmo account and log back in.
4) Delete the Venmo app and reinstall it
5) Make sure the device app AND OPERATING SYSTEM are up to date
6) There is also a fake account that is pretending to the be the club, that is NOT a charity account. Reminder that it will show as a DONATION not a payment.
