About this Event
Covid-conscious creators in KW! What have you been up to lately? If you need critique, collaboration, or just a round of applause, we've got you covered. Bring some recent work and your excitement for other people's art! We keep us safe and we keep us going.
Each ccreative will have at least 5-7 minutes to share their work and talk about their process or ask for feedback. All mediums are welcome, including but not limited to:
-Music
a Bluetooth speaker will be available to play your recordings, or you can bring any instrument that you do not have to play with your mouth
-Visual art
a large android tablet will be available to display digital work, or you can bring your sketchbook, canvas, etc.
-Poetry, short prose, or single scenes from longer stories.
read it aloud or bring print-outs!
-Sewing, knitting/crocheting, craft or collage projects.
bring it with you, or use the tablet to share photos if it's too big!
-Performance art, including drag.
there is plenty of room to dance and we can play music for you!
-Comedy, standup, sketch, or improv.

Original pieces, covers, and fan-art are all welcome.
All skill levels are welcome, but anything that has been AI-generated, in full or in part, is not.
This is a queer and disabled-led space. No hateful behavior or sentiment of any kind will be tolerated.
Artistic nudity and mature themes are okay, but for the sake of setting consistent expectations around age and content, please do not share work that contains explicit pornography (direct depictions of sexual activity, or nudity that is intentionally sexualized) or internal gore (blood, bruises, and menstruation are okay). When in doubt, please choose something you would consider appropriate for a 16-year-old.
KN95 or better masks will be provided, and wearing them is mandatory for the full duration of this event. Air purifiers will be running in the space and the door will remain closed. People will not be permitted to enter or remain in the space without a mask on. Please note, however, that this event is taking place in a shared building, and the organizer cannot mandate masking in the hallways.
