Info: For those attending the MiCAN Conference Friday or arriving Friday evening, join CCL volunteers for an informal gathering at the Kellogg Center’s State Room from 7:00-9:00. Light appetizers provided; you can purchase your favorite beverage. If the weather is nice we can move to the East Patio.

Info: Hear from Michigan Senator Shink and others on what’s happening with clean energy legislation in the state.

Info: Choose from Climate Advocate Lobby Training (for new volunteers), a conversation with ITC representative Ben Tirrell of ITC about Transmission Lines & Public Engagement, or join a guided tour of MSU's Botanical Garden.

Info: First, we will hear from Ed Rivet, Executive Director of Michigan Conservative Energy Forum, about one of the latest bipartisan energy bills in Lansing--Plug in Solar. Then we'll work with CCL National staff to explore how we use our BRIDGE skills to connect with people on all sides of the political spectrum and help get this legislation passed!
