Stephanie E. Vasko is a performance artist who creates sonic rituals, tells sound stories, and invites you into participatory sound experiences designed to bring you moments of whimsy and joy. Her work uses field recordings, electronics, sculptures, props, and software. She has performed at a variety of festivals and shows across the United States including Sound Scene 2024, SPLICE Festival VI, and Austin’s Weird Music Night/Satellite Art Fair 2025. She is the co-founder of both the Ambient Annotations experimental music series and the Reverberator experimental music festival in Lansing, MI.
Hear eye is the East Lansing extension of the legendary Tallahassee ambient trio Alien Hypnotist. Angel and Kelly Have been making sound together since 1996. Together they've been part of many obscure groups such as the University Of New Mexico Department of Music's Intuitive Ensemble (1996-2000, Albuquerque), The Indianhead Acres Neighborhood Nenefest band (2008-2024, Tallahassee), The Flaming Dandilions (2020-2024, Tallahassee), and Alien Hypnotist (2017-2024 Tallahassee).
AJ Glaub has been a mainstay of the Lansing experimental scene for over two decades, performing under dozens of monikers including Jazzy Knives, 7k Ratz, Damage Control, and Jodie Foster Star System. As an event organizer he has been behind 517Noise, Basement414, and Cozyfest. His origins are rooted in Lansing's Eastside Noise Rap Jazz scene, and his work explores Collapsitarian ideology with the sonic nuance of a child playing with a doorstop.
King Sophia (they/them) is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, and educator in Detroit, MI. Classically trained in cello performance at University of Miami — Frost School of Music, their sound has roots in jazz, blues, and avant-garde. Known for their genre-bending work combining cello, voice, and electronics, King’s poetic live composing, sampling, and arranging centers strategic resistance and radical joy.
