About this Event
Are you a Community-Centric Fundraiser? Interested in learning more about what that means or going deeper in your learning to address inequity and injustice in the philanthropy sector? Gather with others to discuss topics relevant for your work and how we can all work towards meaningful change in our sector!
The plan for this month's meeting is to continue our conversation about how we can support the QTBIPOC Mutual Aid Fund, both as a group and individually, including stations to learn how to and make supportive videos and to learn and utilize techniques like prospecting.
So come prepared to reconnect (or connect for the first time), discuss things relevant to your work and the state of the world, and gather with others to continue this Community-Centric Fundraising movement in Denver and Colorado!
Location Logistics:
We do need to cap attendance at 30 people, so be sure to register to save your spot and release your spot if you can no longer attend.
Erika Righter has graciously donated the space at Hope Tank for our meetings, but could use donations to support this amazing third space for community to thrive. If you are a white ally who is paid more than a living wage for your family size, you are encouraged to donate.
New to CCF? Here are some resources:
You don't have to be an expert in CCF, but we won't be going over the basics of CCF at the meeting, so we expect everyone to do some reading, watching, or listening before we meet. Here are some resources you can check out to get up to speed. (Please do not feel like you need to go through all the resources here. We wanted to provide options based on your interest and media of choice).
