ABOUT TEE OFF FOR RECOVERYCommunity Collaboration of Delaware, Inc. (CCD) hosts its Fifth Annual Golf Classic at the beautiful Back Creek Golf Club on Friday, May 8th. Registration begins at 11am with a 12pm shotgun start to follow.
Lunch and a BBQ dinner included with registration. Multiple prize holes and contests will be offered. Team prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers.
YOUR SUPPORT MATTERS
Event proceeds will benefit CCD's adult recovery and community outreach programs. CCD's recovery program, formally known as the CARE (Community Advocacy Recovery Empowerment) Program, provides housing and case management to individuals as they navigate the challenges of recovering from a substance use disorder.
CCD's CORE (Community Outreach, Response, & Engagement) Program provides community-based outreach services to individuals who have experienced health disparities related to race, gender, disability, sexual orientation, housing status, and substance use related stigmas.
ABOUT BACK CREEK GOLF CLUB
Nestled in Middletown, DE, Back Creek Golf Club is celebrated for its beautifully designed 18-hole course and well-equipped driving range, providing the area’s best ‘links-style’ rounds with unmatched attention to detail. Designed by golf architects Allen Liddicoat and David Horne and opened in 1997, the par 71 layout measures 6,9578 yards from the championship tee markers.
IN MEMORY OF CONOR NEYLON
This event is dedicated to honoring the life and legacy of Conor Neylon, a beloved staff member of the CCD Youth Development Program. Conor’s unwavering positivity, kindness, and dedication to helping others made a profound impact on the youth he served and the entire CCD community. His willingness to always lend a helping hand and his ability to uplift those around him made him an invaluable part of our team. Outside of work, Conor was a passionate sports fan who found joy in golfing with friends. By hosting this event in his memory, we aim to celebrate his life, carry forward his spirit of generosity, and continue making a difference in the community—just as he did.
