Join us for a vibrant evening of community and culture! To celebrate Eid Al-Adha, the Global Engagement team invites all staff and students to Augustine Hall to honour the beautiful diversity of our Canterbury Christ Church University community.
This is a space to connect and enjoy a relaxed evening with friends and colleagues as we celebrate together.

- Dress Code: Feel free to come dressed in your traditional attire to help us celebrate the many cultures that make up our CCCU community.
Ways to Participate
1. Global Potluck You are warmly invited to bring a dish to share, adding your own flavour to the evening. To ensure everyone’s safety:
- Please download and complete the and bring it with you on the day.
- Clearly label any meat dishes (e.g., Halal) or dietary specifics (e.g., Vegan/Gluten-Free).
2. Cultural Displays We invite you to celebrate your heritage beyond the table. If you would like to bring posters or displays showcasing your culture, traditions, or food, we would be very happy to display them during the event. It’s a wonderful way to spark conversations and celebrate the many cultures that come together at CCCU.
What to Expect
Expect good company and a delicious shared meal. This event is a chance to connect and celebrate Eid Al-Adha in the most human way possible—together.
