Leadership Coach Training (LCT) is an interactive workshop designed to help men develop the habit of coaching through deep listening and powerful questions. Jesus modeled coaching by consistently asking thought-provoking questions to those with whom he interacted. Do you think Jesus needed answers to his questions, or was he using a skill to draw people out? His pattern follows what is shared later in James 1:19: “Be quick to listen and slow to speak.” This powerful tool is helpful and practical for men in relationships at work, home, and ministry. The workshop portion of the training is a combination of video’s, discussion, and workbook content. The course includes materials, post-workshop practicum, input from trained coaches, and much more.
