Mr. Auker co-founded SunCap in 2013, a commercial real estate investment company that acquires multi-tenant retail and industrial assets with solid underlying fundamentals that provide current cash yield and income growth potential with the implementation of new management, recapitalization, and capital improvements.
In 2012, Mr. Auker was also one of the founding partners of Avison Young-Florida, a commercial brokerage and property management company.
In 2001, Mr. Auker founded ADI, which developed and acquired numerous projects including Puerta de Palmas, a $70 million condominium development in Coral Gables, and Bahia Delray, a $38 million acquisition and condo conversion project in Delray Beach.
