Let's get super chill with an immersive, restorative yoga experience, with Weird Flex Yoga and Dr. Jess from Rooted Wellness! This time, Dr. Jess is sharing the benefits of CBD with us as we melt into a supportive yoga practice!

What else to bring: Please bring a mat, water, and any other yoga props you may have, and enjoy using. We often have straps, blocks, blankets and community mats to use, but can never guarantee there will be enough.
It’s most important to bring a bolster, overstuffed pillow or couch cushion with you to this class.
Please dress for comfort, in clothing you don’t mind getting a bit messy, in case oil/CBD lotion is used.
Parking: Parking is available on Putnam and Second Streets.
We ask that if you take photos in class, to make sure everyone in the photos wants to be.
We do not offer refunds to credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class you've reserved a spot for.
