About this Event
Join us for a cozy, hands-on Felting Workshop where art and animals meet. Guests will get to meet our fiber animals, including sheep and llamas, and learn where wool comes from and how it’s prepared for crafting.
We’ll explore two felting techniques—wet felting and needle felting—using real wool fiber, guiding participants step by step as they create a felted piece to take home. Along the way, you’ll learn fun facts about our animals, how their fiber is used, and why wool has been an important material across cultures for thousands of years.
This workshop is designed for all ages and experience levels. Younger participants can enjoy the sensory experience of working with fiber, while older guests can focus on technique and design. All materials are provided, and no prior felting experience is needed—just curiosity and a love for animals and creativity.
Come slow down, get your hands a little wooly, and connect with animals, nature, and the joy of making something by hand.
