Due to the Coronavirus epidemic, Catherine Ringer's concert initially scheduled for April 17 and then postponed to September 08 is again postponed to Friday April 30, 2021. You bought a ticket for the initial concert, here are the solutions available to you:
1- To attend the concert:
Nothing to do, tickets purchased for the initial concert on April 17, 2020 remain valid for the new date on April 30, 2021.
2- For a refund:
People who wish can request a refund until until October 27, 2020, by completing this form: https://billetterie.aeronef.fr/demande_remboursement/129 After this deadline, requests will no longer be admissible. Processing of refunds will start at the end of this period as soon as possible.
3- To support our association:
Some have already chosen not to be partially or fully reimbursed, to support all the activities of our association in this period of crisis (organization of concerts, cultural action and mediation, support and accompaniment of artists) .
