This is a quarterly event with monthly meet-ups in between. The quarterly events will be facilitated by professional firm leaders who have successfully scaled, and topics will include sales and marketing automation, avoiding the feast/famine loop, 1099s vs FTEs, productivity tools, and relevant legal and HR dos and don’ts.
