About this Event
Horror in Seconds Turns 2 and we're celebrating our birthday with cats!
We'll start the event with a 10–15 minute of somatic chair yoga session, followed by the screening of a few of our 60 second horror movies and the Horror Comedy Werewolves Within by award-winning filmmaker Josh Ruben.
This is the first event to weave mindfulness into the genre because even in moments of tension, we can still ground ourselves and be present. So come regulate your nervous system, have snacks and watch a movie surrounded by cute furballs.
