What you need to know:
😻 You don’t need to have experience in yoga practice—all levels are welcome!
😻 Come in comfortable clothes that allow you to move.
😻 Please DO bring your own yoga mat (we have a few if you need to borrow one).
😻 Please do NOT bring your own cat.
😻 Spots are limited, and pre-registration is required.
