Our February Urban Sketchers event will be on Saturday 22nd. Meet 11 am at the Museum of Cambridge on the intersection of Castle Street and Northampton Street.
Designated the 'Castle Walk' in 'Walking Cambridge' (Andrew Kershman), this area includes the 11th century Church of St Peter's (behind Kettles Yard) to the 'row of cottages...' in Northampton Street which 'could be identified' as early 18th century.
Lots to sketch - some indoor options may be available nearby but otherwise we can brave the elements and meet back at 1 pm for the 'throw down' of artwork.
All welcome - as usual bring your own art materials, snacks and drinks (option to go for drink/coffee afterwards in nearby pub/cafe).
