Join us for an evening of music across cultures with three talented musicians: Carlo Basile, spanish guitar, Fran Banish, Americana guitar, and Abdoulaye Conde, West African kora.
Take a quick trip around the globe with the sounds of guitar and kora. This concert will feature traditional and original compositions from Spain, Cuba, West Africa, and the Americas. Additionally, the artists will speak a bit about the selections presented and also give the audience a chance to ask a few questions at the end of the performance.
Carlo, Fran, and Abdoulaye have many years of experience and have performed across the US and in countries such as Vietnam, Portugal, Spain, Mexico, Senegal and Guinea.
