The first of five 5k runs from May-Sep. Try one a month as a personal challenge, or chose the ones you can attend each month. Starting in Bitts Park and running around the outskirts of Carlisle Castle, you will then finish on the athletics track to collect your medal. If you want to try all five events, there is a discounted price and you have the option to run one virtually if you can't make all the dates, and will still get all the collection of 5 medals
