Join us for an interactive session to explore what makes Caerphilly special, what could be better, and what kind of cultural future we want to build together:
● Outline the Town of Culture bid and why it matters
● Share our approach and next steps
● Invite open conversation and creative input
● Begin shaping a shared vision for Caerphilly’s future
We will actively promote and will ensure there are opportunities to use the Welsh language throughout the event.
Whether you're a creative, community member, business owner, educator, young person or simply someone who cares about Caerphilly — this space is for you.

Is the venue accessible?
Our team is welcoming with an understanding of creating neuro-inclusive spaces. There is a quiet space if you need one. We have wheelchair access and a flat floor throughout and a disabled parking space nearby. There is baby changing facilities in our ground floor accessible toilet
Where is parking for the venue?
The venue is opposite the Twyn Car Park where the Tommy Cooper statue is and parking should be free after 6pm. Check the Caerphilly Council web page for details. https://www.caerphilly.gov.uk/services/transport-and-parking/parking-permits/season-tickets/pay-and-display-charges
Are there refreshments at the venue? Can I bring in my own snacks?
Yes, we have a bar offering affordable hot and cold drinks, snacks, 0% beers, stout and cider, as well as vegan sweets.
As a Community Interest Company (CIC), we are a not-for-profit, profit-for-purpose organisation. Any surplus we make from refreshments or ticket sales is reinvested directly back into our events and community activities. This helps us keep ticket prices accessible and continue offering high-quality, affordable events.
For this reason, we kindly ask that you don’t bring your own food or drinks into the venue. Purchasing refreshments from our bar is a simple way to support what we do and helps us keep everything affordable for everyone.
