Who are the speakers?

Jason Stapp is the Health and Safety Manager at CentrePort, bringing over a decade of experience in the rail, logistics, and energy sectors. He specialises in risk management, incident prevention, and fostering a strong safety culture. Jason is dedicated to ensuring continuous improvement in health and safety processes, creating a safer workplace for all.

Carolyn Thompson has spent over 15 years at Taylor Preston, playing a key role in transforming the company’s health and safety processes. As Human Resources Manager, she has helped position Taylor Preston as a leader in workplace safety, ensuring that best practices are both adopted and ingrained in the company culture. Her dedication to improvement has changed how health and safety is handled at all levels, creating a more engaged and responsible workforce.
