Rooted in Jewelz Alizé's Guyanese and Puerto Rican heritage, the menu is entirely self-curated — inspired by the flavors she grew up with, reimagined through years spent in hospitality and behind the bar.
Jewelz has worked in this industry since 2016, and somewhere between mixing drinks, sharing plates, and meeting people from every walk of life, she realized something: the best moments aren’t rushed, loud, or overproduced — they’re intentional.
