Violinist Amelia Sie makes her Ars Musica Chicago debut with a solo recital blending both breathtaking virtuosity and profound emotion. A brilliant young artist newly resident in Chicago, Amelia has curated a program of both accompanied and unaccompanied violin works by Heinrich Ignaz Biber, Johann Sebastian Bach, Philipp Friedrich Böddecker, Francesco Bonporti and others that is sure to dazzle and delight. Free admission; no tickets are required, but donations will be gratefully accepted.
