Through movement, music, and cultural sharing, participants will explore how limbo can open space for joy, connection, and release.
Led by professional limbo performer Clifford “King Fish” Palmer of , expect a welcoming atmosphere where you can move, laugh, and share in the fun—whether it’s your first time trying limbo or you’re already a pro.
What to expect:
- Step into the joy of limbo—where dance meets culture, rhythm, and play.
- Cultural sharing—discover the roots of limbo in Black history.
- Move your body with simple stretches, balance, and rhythm-based exercises.
- Get in on the action with friendly limbo challenges, signature tricks, and plenty of encouragement.
- Celebrate together in an open, inclusive space full of creativity, connection, and joy.
It’s a powerful space for reclaiming joy and exploring rhythm through cultural tradition. All ages and abilities welcome! Here is an example of what a limbo workshop can look like.
