Join us at Alki Arts for an inspiring session with Carrie Akre, lead singer of the bands Hammerbox, Goodness, The Rockfords w/Mike McCready or Pearl Jam fame and solo artist. Discover the transformative power of journaling and learn how to unleash your creativity and intention setting through writing. This in-person event will start with practices to help get us present. We will do some very gentle yoga and a session of meditation all to get us in the here and now.
