The Carpathian-Pacific Express takes listeners on a musical journey through the rich traditions of klezmer, Yiddish song, mystical Hasidic chant, and Eastern European fiddle virtuosity, with infusions of American roots and deep groove. With a rich blend of musical influences – jazz, classical, folkloric, and improvisation – CPE performances are rootsy and innovative, infused with passion and energy, blending the familiar with the unexpected to create a truly special experience.
Recent performances include theatres and outdoor concerts throughout the Pacific Northwest, including a headline show at the Backwoods Accordion Festival in Trego, Montana.
