Shrivenham Fete Committee Christmas Update! To mark the Centenary of the Memorial Hall, we are excited to share that a beautiful Nordman Fir tree will soon be planted outside the Hall.
This very special tree will become our Village Christmas Tree for years to come.�
This wonderful addition has been made possible thanks to the generous donations to the Village Centenary Celebration Group on behalf of the Parish Council, Thank you to everyone who contributed.
Our Village Fete Committee continues to play a huge part in bringing our community together, from supporting village events throughout the year to helping put the new Christmas tree in place and keeping alive the much-loved tradition of decorating it and hosting Carols Around the Tree in its new, permanent home.
It’s thanks to their dedication, and to all the amazing people hubbing away in the background, that these special events happen and our village spirit continues to shine.
