EDIT: the original date was on Easter weekend, preventing lots of folks from coming. The 18th is W Cola music fest and Calloways will be crowded. Let me know if APRIL 25th is good with folks. Alright, folks! Let’s come together and celebrate the life and legacy of the GREAT Carol Roof in true Carol style…a pool tournament!
$20 entry fee, double elimination 8-ball! ALL proceeds will go to animal rescue, as we all know how passionate she was about it. Bill and Mike Muse (owners) are sponsoring a $50 bar/food tab for 1st and a $25 for 2nd place.
We have two tables reserved, and will have scorekeepers. We will vote on format (APA or “bar” rules) on this event page prior to the tourney.
ALL are welcome! Even if you don’t want to play, please come on out and spend time with everyone who loved and cherished Carol ❤️ Looking forward to lots of laughs, storytelling and competing in the game she loved best!
Sidenote: Calloways is where Carol led the infamous “L Word” tournaments after our favorite bar closed. The patrons of Calloways are happy to host the event in her honor. Great food and drinks!
