Registration for the costume contest begins at 1:00 p.m. Line-up and judging for the contest will be at 2:00 p.m. Costume Contest winners and Sir Bow-Wow and Lady Barks-A-Lot will be announced at 2:15 p.m.
The Canine parade will begin immediately following the announcement of winners. The parade route is from the ACA lawn to 2nd Avenue to Johnston Street, looping back and ending at the ACA lawn.
