Carnal Creatures: Primal Play Unleash your human animal—explore instinct, movement, and authentic connection in this embodied journey into primal pl@y.
About this Event

Beneath our polished words and cultivated routines, our bodies remember something older - a primal truth that exists beneath the surface. Primal play isn’t about "pretending" to be other animals - it’s about reconnecting to and rediscovering the authentic human animal within - and allowing your instincts to guide you into a unique state of flow.

In this gathering, you are invited to shed layers of “civilized” expectation and get into your body, tuning in to the spectrum of power, vulnerability, scent, movement, and energy that primal play offers.

Join to give the primal human animal within you a place to roam and thrive.

💡 What We’ll Explore:

  1. 🐺 What is Primal? "Primal" is an umbrella term that includes quite a bit. Explore archetypal primal dynamics and types of activities that get us closer to the human animals that we are.
  2. 👃 Sniff, Snarl, Signal: When words fall away, how do you stay attuned? We’ll cover nonverbal tools for reading and expressing desire, consent, safewords, and reading shifts in energy—all without relying on speech.
  3. 🦴 Scene Sparks: Get inspired with scene ideas and headspace explorations—like breeding rituals, scent worship, chasing, scratching, growling, tussling, and animal roleplay.
  4. 🛡️ Safe Territory: Learn how to plan and contain scenes rooted in primal instinct. We’ll cover negotiation (both verbal and nonverbal), red flags to watch for, and the logistics of safely engaging in these types of scenes.
  5. 🧠 Aftercare & Integration Return to your "regular" self, regulate the nervous system, and support each other after existing in a primal headspace.
