Featuring over 150 films over four days.2026 sees the acclaimed Carmarthen Bay Film Festival return to the Ffwrnes Theatre, Llanelli.
Now in its 15th year, the festival will be screening over 150 Welsh, international, multi-genre, short and feature films and promises to be a spectacular four days of unforgettable movies, in-person events, networking and entertainment.
Since its beginning, the festival’s core mission has been to promote independent filmmaking in Wales and beyond. Our goal is to unite filmmakers, industry professionals and film enthusiasts, encouraging a vibrant community that is passionate about the art of cinema.
Entry to the festival is free and all screenings are free.

Yn 2026 bydd Gŵyl Ffilmiau Bae Caerfyrddin yn dychwelyd i Theatr y Ffwrnes, Llanelli.
Bydd yr ŵyl, sydd wedi cael ei chynnal ers 15 mlynedd, yn dangos dros 150 o ffilmiau Cymreig, ffilmiau rhyngwladol, ffilmiau aml-genre, ffilmiau byrion a ffilmiau nodwedd ac mae’n addo bod yn bedwar diwrnod gwych o ffilmiau bythgofiadwy, digwyddiadau personol, rhwydweithio ac adloniant.
Ers iddi ddechrau, nod yr ŵyl yw hyrwyddo gwneud ffilmiau annibynnol yng Nghymru a thu hwnt. Ein nod yw uno gwneuthurwyr ffilmiau, gweithwyr proffesiynol y diwydiant a selogion ffilm, gan annog cymuned fywiog sy’n angerddol am gelfyddyd sinema.
Mae mynediad i'r ŵyl am ddim ac mae pob dangosiad am ddim.
