About this Event
The Micro-Forest at Norman Park was planted by community volunteers in February 2025. As a result of the harsh summer, some replenishment planting is required. The session will involve some weeding, planting and mulching and no prior experience of tree planting is necessary - full instruction will be provided.
Children are very welcome to attend under parent or carer supervision.
Equipment will be provided, but if possible, we would greatly appreciate if you can bring along a spade (trowel for children).
Please indicate your intened time of arrival. Please note, you are not required to stay for the entire duration of the event and drop in visits are also welcomed!
