About this Event
Now in its third year, Caribbean Fête is a free outdoor celebration that brings together the New Orleans and Caribbean communities for a full day of music, dance, food, and cultural pride along the historic North Claiborne Avenue corridor. Presented by Ujamaa Economic Development Corporation and the Claiborne Cultural Innovation District (CID), the event highlights the vibrant cultural connections between New Orleans and the Caribbean diaspora.

11:00 AM Doors Open | Custom Car Show begins | Vendor Village open
1:00 PM Kai Knights Caribbean Dance Ensemble — Youth dance performance
5:00 PM SocaNola & Parade of Flags — A vibrant presentation of line dances and a Caribbean parade of flags alongside soca music
