Welcome back to the RRSC Caribbean Dinner.
Chef James Anderson is back again after a recent trip through the islands. Between the occasional rum tasting and multiple marathon karaoke sessions, James made it his point to stray off the beaten path and mix it up where the flavor was. And in doing so, he brought himself a little closer to the true cuisine of the area than most passing through could normally manage.
Expect a deep dive into some traditional cuisine, from Snapper to Paella down to a Study of Red Beans and Rice, and all paired with some exceptional warm-weather, (mostly) rum-focused cocktails this string of islands is known for.
Now back in the saddle, Chef Anderson comes correct with a 7 course menu that he’s been looking forward to sharing with everyone. Expect staples, some new tricks on display & know it’s traveling with pairings destined to conjure true tropical island vibes!
PLEASE NOTE: The ticket price is all-inclusive and covers food, alcohol pairings, and an 18% gratuity for our front-of-the-house team. RRSC is not able to accommodate any dietary restrictions for this dinner.
