About this Event

Join us for this free, informative event designed specifically for the local business community. Discover how organisations of all sizes and sectors are successfully integrating cargo bikes into their operations, reducing costs, improving efficiency and supporting more sustainable ways of working.

What to expect:

  • Hear from large UK fleet operators to SMEs and sole traders who are already using cargo bikes, sharing their experiences, challenges and successes
  • Meet suppliers and operators, see a variety of models up close, and learn from others' experience.
  • Access expert advice and support, speak directly with Bristol City Council representatives about available financial incentives, support schemes, and upcoming initiatives for the industry.
  • Exhibit your own services to the sector, with opportunities to exhibit available as part of the booking process.
  • Make valuable connections and network with fellow local businesses and industry professionals.
  • Light lunch and refreshments will be provided.

You will also learn more about the latest developments from Bristol City Council, including new Freight Consolidation Hubs and the wider support available to help your business transition to or expand its use of cargo bikes.

Refreshments will be provided, alongside plenty of opportunities to ask questions and engage with key players across the cargo bike supply chain.

Celebration Ride – 2nd July

Before the event, cargo bike users are also invited to join a ride around Bristol, starting from The Amphitheatre on the morning of 2nd July. Find more information and sign up here.

This event forms part of Bristol City Council’s Workplace Travel Network and Bristol BID’s Cargo Bikes for Business project, supporting businesses to adopt cleaner, more sustainable transport solutions.
