Hey everyone,I wanted to let you all know I’m starting a 6-week caregiver group through CareWell Institute beginning May 27 here in Meridian.
This group is for people caring for a parent, spouse, or loved one who are trying to navigate the emotional and practical side of caregiving. A lot of people step into these roles without realizing how much pressure, grief, responsibility, and life adjustment comes with it.
We’ll be talking through the 5 stages of caregiving, how caregiving changes family systems and identity, ways to stay grounded inside the process, and how to prepare for what may be coming next instead of always reacting in crisis mode.
This is not a therapy group or a venting group. It’s more of an education + processing space with structure, practical tools, and honest conversation.
Wednesdays • 6:00–7:30 PM

$50/week or $250 paid in full
Limited to 18 people
