A chance for unpaid carers to focus on their own wellbeing with artist-led creative activity, conversation AND a freshly cooked lunch.
Every month from 10am till 3pm at:
Community Wise, Ocklynge Road, Eastbourne, BN21 1PY.

Bookings open one month in adavance of each session.
