Join us for some weekly arts and crafts with tutor Abril. This weekly sessions is a chance for unpaid carers to come together with others and take part in creative activities inspired by nature and the outdoors.
Workshops will focus on creative expression for boosting wellbeing and self esteem, activities will be accessible and focused on the creative process rather than the outcome with participants learning a variety of mixed media art techniques such water colour, clay, charcoal studies, collage, textile techniques and activities which focus on recycling and upcycling.
This session is kindly funded by Amser Unpaid Carers Grant scheme delivered by Interlink and is free to attend but donations are gratefully received towards future activities.
Join us for 10 weeks starting Monday 8th September 1- 2:30pm at the RCT Carers Support hub, Gelliwastad Road, Pontypridd.
