Join us for 'Stories in Stitch' this term for our new project 'Book Threads'. Taking inspiration from artists Rachell Sumpter & Jillian Tamaki we'll choose books important to us, delve into the pages to come up with new book cover designs and create these in paint, stitch & embroidered words to bring books alive off the page. We're looking forward to seeing what books you choose and why! Is it a favorite book from your childhood, a book passed down, a cook book with worn spilt on pages? What images does it conjure up?Join us for our 10 week term starting Friday the 12th of September 12:45 - 2:45pm in the Bowls Pavilion in Ynysangharad Park.
Led by Rhian and Hannah, this lovely session is open to all abilities. Just £36 per person, includes all materials and refreshments. This venue is wheel chair accessible.
