Carers' Connect provides opportunities for unpaid carers to take a break, to meet and chat with other carers.HOPS' Coffee Mornings are very relaxed and friendly, will often have simple mindful activities available or be sharing wellbeing tips and advice. Of course the brews are free flowing and there will always be biscuits or fruit or - at times - toast or croissants. But always a friendly ear.
Open to carers who are registered with HOPS – and we’re always happy to welcome new carers!
