About this Event

Our In-Person Peer Support program is delivered over 8 sessions and is designed as an opportunity for you to learn something new and make connections with other carers in your local area. Topics and activities will be chosen by you and the other people in your group, including yoga, meditation, artistic activities, exercise and presentations from guest speakers such as Advocacy Programs and Service NSW.

Sessions will be held fortnightly from 11am - 1pm on Tuesdays starting from 12th May, 2026. Carers are encouraged to attend all sessions to get the most out of the experience.

Please note: To be eligible to attend this event, participants must be residents living in South-Western Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains regions in NSW, Australia. Participants must also be registered with Carer Gateway. We can assist with new registrations for eligible participants.
