About this Event
You are invited to attend a free information session on ‘Living well with Type 2 diabetes’. Join our Registered Dietitian on Zoom to talk about the ABCs of diabetes and why managing diabetes is so important. Some of the topics included are healthy eating, activity, and managing diabetes with an action plan. Anyone age 18+ with Type 2 diabetes, recently diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and/or their caregivers are welcome to join.
