About this Event
Caregiving isn't an event. It's a weather system. It doesn't arrive once and leave. It settles in. It changes your sleep, your language, your relationships, your body, and even your sense of self.
Most caregivers are trained for tasks - how to lift, manage medications, survive appointments, and handle logistics. But very few are helped to understand what caregiving is doing to them.
This is not primarily a meeting where caregivers are trained. It's a place where caregivers finally make sense of what caregiving has been shaping inside them. A place where exhaustion gets named. Where grief is allowed to speak. Where honesty becomes safer than performance. Because many caregivers are not failing, they are responding to a climate they were never trained to interpret.
This class is about learning to recognize that internal terrain; not to fix yourself, not to prove your strength, but to understand what this season is asking of you, what it has cost you and how to remain human inside it!
