Salsia Cares Foundation (SCF) is implementing a Caregiver Skills Training Project as part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening families of children with special needs.This project focuses on equipping caregivers with practical livelihood and caregiving skills to enhance economic resilience and improve home-based care.
We are pleased to share that the first training session under this project will take place on Thursday, 22nd January, covering:
🤔Yoghurt making
🤔Burkina (local drink) production
Additional sessions planned under this project include training in antiseptic production, after-wash and fabric softener making, as well as basic physiotherapy techniques delivered by a professional physiotherapist.
As this project progresses, we welcome collaboration and support from partners, professionals, and organisations who share our commitment to caregiver empowerment and child wellbeing.
