Respite for The Caregiver
Join us for a much-needed break in the cozy, retreat-like atmosphere at JPH! This monthly gathering is designed to offer caregivers a chance to unwind and recharge. Take a moment to prioritize self-care, connect with fellow caregivers, and engage in meaningful discussions.
Each month, you'll have the opportunity to participate in relaxing and mindful activities, such as sound meditations, meditative art projects, yoga nidra, and more. This month you will enjoy a acupuncture session led by a skilled acupuncture specialist.
Self-care for caregivers is crucial because it helps prevent burnout, stress, and physical or emotional exhaustion that can arise from the demands of caring for others. Caregivers often prioritize the needs of those they care for, neglecting their own well-being in the process.
