The Caregiver's Circle is an in-person conversation for anyone in a caregiving role to elders, partners, and young people, co-facilitated by a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a licensed mental health professional. We will focus on sharing experiences, resources, and help participants leave with strategies about caring for ourselves while caring for others.
