Our caregiver workshops are held in cities throughout the state, providing FREE education, training, and support for both family and professional caregivers supporting adults with a wide range of needs.
At this worshop, you’ll gain a clearer understanding of Alzheimer’s and dementia, while also learning practical tools, knowledge, and techniques that apply to caregiving across many situations—helping you navigate daily challenges with more confidence. We’ll also share self-care strategies to reduce stress and prevent burnout.
In addition, you’ll have access to local resources and community partners, with vendor exhibits offering valuable support services for caregivers and the adults they care for.
